How my journey began
As a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in product design and research, I've had the opportunity to wear many hats in my career. I began as a Product Designer, but it was my passion for research that led me down a different path. I quickly realized that to create exceptional products, understanding the customer's Job to be done was paramount.
Through years of experience, I've learned that at the core of every problem we aim to solve, there is a functional job that the customer is trying to achieve. Four years ago, I was introduced to the Jobs to be done theory and the ODI framework, which helped me connect the dots and provided a clear understanding of how to deliver better products. Utilizing the ODI framework in my projects allowed me to focus my design, research, and development efforts, resulting in more successful product outcomes.
I am truly passionate about everything related to product management. Over the years, I have worked with small startups, design agencies, and multinational corporations. I've shipped products and features, mentored junior designers and researchers, and have learned from both successes and failures. My experience has taught me how to navigate the industry and how to get things done right.
Today, over 15 years since my career began, I still wake up every day excited about new challenges and continue to learn about human behavior while uncovering new Jobs to be done. I have an insatiable curiosity and a love for everything product-related. Let's work together to create something truly exceptional!
